Capture improvement actions and monitor results
As a result of the KPI reports, you might decide to make changes to your website. But how do you know the impact of these changes? Via the log book of the Internet Scorecard, you can capture your analysis results and improvement actions. Also, you can keep track of the impact of your improvement actions and get insight into their ROI.
Status and prioritization
You can assign a status to every insight or improvement action, for example “new” or “in progress” or “completed”. You can easily maintain the status of actions yourself, and categorize them.
Control and deadlines
In the log book, you can define a deadline for each action. This will provide you an overview of which actions are active, what status these actions have and by when they need to be executed.
